Every thing possible in India if you know the right sources and ready to spend money.

I have gone thru all of this and have got my parcels stuck in Mumbai many times.

Luckily one of my friends relative as in customs and it did the job. But try to settle with the officer who is in charge at the customs office.

Also declare the item for personal hobby use.
