Can we bring DJI drones in India while returning to India? Someone told me it's banned.
I need DJI mini 4 pro.

Yes, it's banned and not allowed to be carried. It may get cleared from the country you are leaving, but once you reach India and if they find out during scanning, they will confiscate it.
Better not to carry or if you are okay with taking risk, then you can carry and see if it can get cleared. I don't think you will be fined but maybe others can confirm.
