I had a similar incidence in central Oregon , West Coast US, where every county has a small Airport. A Cessna flew just few feets above my car as I was passing the periphery wall . These moron in the Video could have installed an automated Trap Gate (like you see at Parking / Toll gates), which could be remotely operated by the ATC, or at least a Traffic light !!

In the US, none of the complicated gate stuff is needed.  A road sign that says "STOP" is followed rigorously by drivers, and by law, they come to a *complete stop* before proceeding. It is not like in India and many other places were it is treated as a "YIELD" sign, where you only (sometimes!) slow down and watch for traffic an drive on.

So in this case, instead of a STOP written on the the road itself, there should have been a proper red-and-white STOP sign (on a pole) erected on the road, with a warning notice next to it that says "Watch out for low flying / approaching aircraft".

Almost all Air Force Bases have something similar posted on the airfield undershoot road crossing point, even then some guys have almost got smeared.

+1 to that, without names and places , a guy trying to cross behind a fighter aeroplane, got roasted in the afterburner.
