In IPL match covering they are using some sort of UAV fitted with camera for close ups and areal shots. Anyone has information about that UAV. If look closely we can see the shadow of this UAV in field.

Dude!! they are not UAV! They are called 'Spider Cam' - a Camera Dolly attached with 4 long wire attached to Winches on the 4 flood Light Towers. Flying a Heli/Quad over the players is both dangerous and distracting (due to the humming sound). Spider Cam is quite an innovation!!!
