Hey everyone,
I am making a beginners drone using f450 drone frame, kk2.1.5 micro-controller, ct6b transmitter and receiver, 1000 kv brushless motors and 30c ESC's.

I have done the programming of kk2.1.5 using various videos on YouTube, but no one is working. Whenever I fly the drone it flies at 10-15 cm for 1 second and then dances and loses control and crashes(every time). I have tried changing everything from frame and motors to esc's and micro controller, but nothing is working. I hope anyone of your great community can help me resolve this problem.

Thankyou

Motor directions are clockwise for the 1st and the 3rd motor( opposite ) and anti-clockwise for 2nd and 4th motors (opposite ).
There is CV propeller on 1st and 3rd motor and CVV propeller on 2nd and 4th motor.

can you share video of the same? pics/vides?

Yeah Sure....

This is the link for YouTube video of the drone flying. I am sorry I was not able to upload that here because of large file size.

If you want video on any other thing( propellers direction and all), Please tell me.
I can send you those too.

Check if the flight controller's orientation is correct.

Hello DivyamGoel2005,

The video you have shared shows the propeller, at rear right side (on white arm) is spinning in wrong direction. I mean the propeller is CCW and motor is spinning in CW direction. Please check carefully the motor and propeller combinations.

This is the close look of the working of my propellers

Please check and thanks for your help

DivyamGoel2005

Do we have to put propeller with CW to motor with CW and propeller with CWW to motor with CWW???????

When you setup the KK board, there is a page where the motor layout is given. You have to set the motor rotations accordingly. The rotor are spinning correctly in the last video you have posted. Just double check the layout as per the KK board. Calibrate the ESC, and calibrate the accelerometer.

Also make sure you've done ESC Calibration.

there should be an arrow on the flight controller, make sure it is pointing towards the front of the Quadcopter

I have double checked the motor layout....And ESC calibration.
Can you please tell me how to check accelerometer settings?

KK boards are most forgiving boards, how you mounted your FC on the frame? You can use 3M double side tape to mount your FC exactly in the center of your frame. If possible use two layers of tape. Then put your quad on flat leveled surface and calibrate accelerometer. Correct motor direction with correct prop on it and correct channel assign to your tx is primary requirements.

I think there is also layout to choose (x , plus  etc) inside kk software based on how your motor placement is.
I remember I had this very same issue, when I built my first quad using kk.

DivyamGoel2005

So which layout you think we should choose?

Since mine was x layout, I did choose that.

Does it matter if we use 1000kv motors with 30C Esc's ??
