Surely the price is negative by default.
The postage will be earned (-Paid) from Postman/Courier company.
Obviously delay -fine (Earning) applicable.
Lowest postage earning if it come by Indian Postal Service.
You may balance the price to zero with some other materials.
Therefore, you can get not only spaire but also fixing personnel. Running cost will be high & have recurring cost.
