Eventually the best  part of a hobby is the friendship / camaraderie with fellow modelers. That is really precious to me. Leave alone competing, which of course makes you excel, but just lazing around a flying field with coffee, pastries on great warm sunny day with friends that you share so much with.

I am sure many of you feel the same, be it RC, drones, Free flight, boats or even RC cars etc.

Very true. In fact, in 2011 I took up a new job in Navi Mumbai. Before I left Delhi NCR, through this forum I had made a lot of friends, who helped me in getting into the RC flying circuit locally, and even helped me find a suitable accommodation!

The camaraderie and bonhomie is one of the most important aspects

I have been blessed and fortunate to have many wonderful folks from this forum come to my place and meet me whenever they were in my part of town

It's the wonderful vibes on the field that make me never want to miss a Sunday morning's flying!

My self Sandeep and very well agree with you all, its the bonding that makes things happen. My life changed after meeting many flyers who went out of their way and helped me not only in flying but also personally.

Today i am a proud aero modeller and have learnt many things in life through this hobby and also lived on it for 10 yrs.
