That is a noble initiative.

But, with poverty and high demand for animal parts e.g. the Tiger is near extinction due to demand for it's body parts in China, and the environment in which it lives has impoverished villagers; I don't really know how successful it can be.

Education is the answer, that this is all balderash, but I fear that by that time the Tiger will be extinct!
