People think that just because they bought a product and they can post on rcindia they can scare any lhs emailing them

this is not good i will post a review on Rcindia

Here i am pleading you please do post so that i can set it as an example that even we are human beings
what it is to run an Lhs
shipping products same (almost ) or next working day after receiving the amount has cleared and we receive the payment proof
and handling
1000+ phone calls in 12 hours (yes my phone never stops ringing ) anyone who knows me personally will know why i put my phone on silent on sundays

Now i just received an email from a person (i dont want to share his identity , nothing personal with him just setting an example here  sorry don't mind )

I have bought 4 in 1 multirotor 30amp esc in the one esc is not
working completely I have trying to touch with you , you people are
not responding to me I have been keep on calling to you but no
response if some body bought some thing from pls respond its not fair,
very poor I will review too in rcindia.org so guys wake up and
respond.

Last email received from the same email id was on 5/6/2015 which was replied
order  was placed on 1/5/2015
we only have on arrival guarantee and warranty on all products, that doesn't mean we wont reply to you or help you out
but if you think emailing us saying i will pst a review on rcindia will scare us and we were avoiding your phone calls you are under the wron impression


their are people who send me whatsapp messages for payment proof as well

Please understand guys i cannot answer each and every of those 1000 phone calls
or reply to 2000 whatsapp messages from a cellphone

This post is just for the people here to understand
we lhs are not here to trouble you or sell faulty products , who would want to create a bad reputation for themselves or their store ?
we try improving and providing the best we can .
we do mistakes i am not perfect other wise i wouldn't be human and sometimes products can be faulty  but thats what this hobby is all about right ?
Patience , learning from our mistakes, improvising and accepting the situation.

We all are a family, no one would like to go out and fly on a weekend all alone
this is the place where we get everything about the hobby
Lets make it a better world , for us and the new comers  :hatsoff:
