4 months ago I was getting a rc transmitter from olx he is from Mysore Karnataka I paid him 6k for spectrum transmitter and after receiving the payment by bank transfer. He didn't ship the product and his phone number is showing shutdown his name is (Ricardo farnindes) I wll attached his. Address card so some one can identify him

Did you consider raising a complaint @ https://cybercrime.gov.in/. The file complain button is on the home page itself.
