With the recent Diktat of our 'esteemed' RBI, PayPal barred Indian customers to pay a bill greater than USD 500. May be there are similar esteem banks elsewhere in the world. So few hobby shops are offering 'Split' payment where one can split single payment into two payments, thus averting the rule, lawfully.
