Hospital to use drone to transport organs within Delhi NCR. So what about DGCA??

Suddenly "experts" say it would not require approval from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to fly drones below 500 feet !!!

Laudable move. But in all the news that we have been reading earlier, the "experts" opined otherwise. And since "Interestingly, doctors at the hospital are closely involved in designing and flying the drones".... we may have a few of those doctors available here in this forum as well? Can you please tip us as to how you plan to avoid the DGCA ban? Or do you have some friends at "high places"? ;)
