So I'm planning to buy a flysky  fs-i6s transmitter from bangood to india..but I cant the handle the custom charges..but bangood promising to declare the product as a gift and undervalue it..to evade from customs..they also promised to make me a fake  invoice to deal with customs if they ask for it..what do you guys think?..how much money should I ask bangood to write in the receipt..how can I evade from customs duties..what do you guys think..

Its not about the price but the transmitter itself will attact customs. For the price of INR.3000 the customs levied will be less or none but the problem they do not allow transmitters without dgca licence and NOC.
Forget importing transmitter if you don't want to take risk.

I've been getting stuff from Banggod for quite a while now. The problem isn't the customs charges. Because everyone asks the products to be labelled as 'gift'. The problem is that even if you ask them to falsely label the category, the size of the package easily gives it away.

It's very risky. Try a local hobby shop or ask one of them to get it for you.

Just found this, but the price is ridiculous.

The bangood is ready to write the real weight and I'm thinking of writing the name as a remote for toy..what do you think..if the customs catch me..I can show them the fake invoice that bangood send me..what do you think..thus can I somehow get the tx by paying the least amount of taxes,?

They'll probably open the box for checking after noticing its size. A remote is a remote, doesn't matter if you intend to use it for a toy or something else.

There's a chance you'll get it without any problems. But, there's always a risk.
