Can we run a BLDC motor using 2*9v batteries  :(

tushar50

It depends on the voltage range of motor, you can join the batteries in parallel,it will act as one big battery but the voltage will remain 9v

Kv

It is a 1000kv   brushless motor.

Kv

More over I think the current from these batteries is not sufficient?

tushar50

What's the motor name and size and what range of voltage does it support also what type of batteries do you have?

Kv

Robotbanao A2212 1000Kv Outrunner Brushless Motor
Infinite -9v  300mah battery
Hi-watt 9v battery

tushar50

Yeah, you'll need a bigger 3s or 2s battery for that motor.
What are you using it for?

tushar50

3s and 2s denote number of cells in a battery.
A 3s lipo will have a voltage of  3*3.7=11.1 nominal voltage

Kv

Ok, so it is mandatory to use a bigger battery than this to run this motor?

tushar50

What are you using this motor for and what propellor will you be using?

Kv

For the purpose of building a drone
I'm using 1045/1045r propellers
