i want to buy  a set of fpv goggles
my choice is eachine vr007 or ev800
would they be stuck up with customs
i have no experience ordering such fpv goggles

I got my Quanum V2 goggles from HobbyKing (shipped by SIngapore Post) without any customs issues. If you are shipping by registered airmail, you shouldn't have any issues either but there always is a small risk with any package.

would suggest wait for some days lhs will soon stock eachine and similar fpv goggles which are best budget goggles also do not import tx rx stuff and also give a pause for rc stuff import as rules and customs are been highlighted with the drone related stuff they consider it drone we need to give a pause oresle you would end up letting it go to customs forever
