My rc quad is in retention at mumbai ems and when I gave a letter for RTS they said there's no such rule for rts or RTS can not be done in India.

Please if anyone has any info on how to do RTS then please enlighten. The guy said that we won't return item neither will depose, just will be kept in customs and refuse to ans any other question.
