What is this guy up to? 

We have to admit it. This is no longer merely a hobby. Almost all advanced countries are working on military drones (quadcopters...and ones like planes) like these which can be used to fight wars. Work is now going on on swarm robots where a bunch of such drones would coordinate among themselves to attack targets.
