Hey everyone ,
I could not find any other place to put this thread except for "Chatters Zone"

I had bought this JVC Everio Handycam a few years ago . Recently i turned it on and when i tried to click a picture , it said HDD Error .
It has got an internal 30GB HDD and is 34x zoom . If anyone has an idea of what could have gone wrong , please suggest.

You have to get some *local* professional help. A range of possibilities, including the hard-disk itself going bad.

Could you list a few possibilities so i could try and figure something out myself . I went to a few local shops , all refused to help.
