On a trip to a neighbouring country, I came across these beauties which were being sold inside little plastic eggs for around Rs.30/- per piece. Each model is around 2.5 inches in length. Are they available in India, can someone give me any leads?

I doubt its kinder joy. Thats just a choc with a toy, i doubt they will make planes with the details as seen in VC's pics.
Vc mentioned as 'little plastic egg' n i've seen those children playin with a small plane in tat advertisement..
It is very similar to the Kinder Joy eggs, but they don't have any chocolate covering. It is just the plastic egg.
They are not Kinder egg planes. Kinder does only advertises toys from cartoons and movies like transformers, hulk etc..
The eggs VC is talking about may be by "Matchstick" or some other toy company who sometimes sell toys based on "American War Planes" etc..I too have seen these egg planes here at Toys r Us, but did not bother to see the Manufacturers name tag.
