Title: My cox engines are stuck at DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE

Hi,

I recently won 2 x used cox .049 engines(with propellers) and a used OK CUB .074 engine(with propellers) in an eBay auction.

On 28 March, engines arrived on DELHI INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENTRE(DIMC) and engines are still stuck at DIMC.

I don't know why my parcel is stuck at DIMC.
My 1st cox engine was forwarded to Indian Post instantly when it arrived at DIMC.

Please help me.

If you can suggest then I am happy to do that.

The engines are released and I paid customs duty.
The reason for retention was the propeller.
