following is the prototype for nano electric to be sold in Geneva:

i even saw a two door nano prototype to be developed for western countries in a documentry.
When the nano was released, people in my office in the US had their jaws dropped to the table. I've been fortunate to have heard the following comments from Americans:
1) "Guys, this IS news, India now has car for $2500"
2) "If it's for 2500, I'm buying it"
3) "The TATA are doing a good job, how does this guy make money"...lol
4) "India is emerging like the east coast, look at what the east coast was 100 years back"
I have not contributed anything towards nano (not even bought one), but I was patted on my back for being an Indian...;)
Nano is manufactured just 70 kms from my house(sanand-gujarat) :giggle:
even the diesel prototype is currently in development
and when released it will be the cheapest diesel car in india overtaking tata indica.
