Should I contact customs? i called my local post office and they said that they didn't get information of any item with custom problem in my area.

Wait for 10 days, contacting customs is a bad idea.

OK thanks a lot. Do you think that it will get clearance with these stats or its merely about luck or situation?

If you are lucky you will get otherwise it will get seized definately as importing drone banned in india .

Don't worry this type of quad is not banned in INDIA. Sometimes customs did some delay. If they seized your parcel then they will send you a official letter if you don't get the letter then your item is not seized. :)

This type of Quad is not banned in India....

Could you explain more it this please.

Because last time my colleague imported a Quad, the Bangalore FPO said "Any Quad" is banned.
