I am starting to built my second RC plane, it will be a twin motor rc plane. I am thinking of making replica of either Bombardier-415 or An-28.
My setup will have 1.5M wing span and 20-25 cm chord made of depron sheet(about inche thick) . I am using 2X 2212 1400kv brushless outrunner with 8X5 prop , run by  2200 mAh 25c 3s battery I might later upgrade it. I think the weight of my model will be around 1.2kg

I wish to know is this setup will be ok or I neet to upgrade motor and battery.  I think the stall speed would be just less than 30kmph.
Pl suggest me would this setup will be ok for a parkflyer?

That's absolutely not ok.
Learn to fly well first.
2200 25c won't give enough time anyhow.
Do you even realise how fast is 30mph.
The planes are low wingers. Thence, are harder to control.
You can come fly with me if you are near cannought place.

ankit2407

Well it is 30 kilometres per Hour.
Pl suggest what necessary changes I could make
And thanks for the invitation, that very generous of you, I live in Palam, might be difficult to come as I hardly get time from office.

Imperial fire

One 2200 mAh battery won't be enough...unless it has a high discharge rate...consider using two of them

Here's a pic of the Bombardier 415 Ankit wants to build...

Voice of deaf

Go for a trainer first , even better if you go to local flying  feild and see how differently scalers fly from trainers . So get your hands on flying  first ,develop some flight reflexes .
Rest is up to you (a crash is painful)

I do have one.
Since it is owned by railways, not everyone can fly.
You will have to be accompanied by me ( father is in the railways)
