Fantastic ! Very stable quad. Lots of space to fly too :)

What are the specifications of the quad?

Hi Debasish, first of all please do not use any regional language other than English on this forum because people from every corner from the country as well as world are reading these posts.

To answer your question, it is really sad that this hobby is not much popular on this part of the country! Hence there are very few stores, almost none, in Kolkata. I purchase most of the parts from the online LHSs or from online overseas stores. There is one 'India Hobby Centre' on Park Street, but I have never purchased anything from there so not sure what stuffs are available there.

As of now flying is banned all across India. So technically all the people in this forum who are flying outdoors are offenders.

But in practice, nothing happens most of the time unless you are reckless. A few suggestions...fly in open areas away from the police. If you go and fly in Delhi infront of Rashtrapati Bhavan, you will surely get arrested. :)

That said, I used to fly my Syma X5 in all places and even in front of police in Maidan, which is technically a military area. They just observed and enjoyed the show. The advantage with Syma X5 is that it does not look menacing to anybody and appears more like a toy. There is hardly any chance to injure people with a Syma X5 unless the blades hit the eye. Also police in Kolkata is more lenient than police in other places of India. Nobody got arrested in Kolkata for flying a drone even though a few such incidents of drone use and brush with law took place. They will generally ask you to take it down and go away if such a situation arises. Don't argue with them and act submissively and there would be no problem. So fly safe and you'd remain safe.

We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.
