In India we encourage our girls to join the glorious I.A.F. - across the border it is a totally different story. The footnote of the article attached makes my skin bristle:

"......there are enough Men in Pakistani youngsters who could become successful pilots. Better not to hire anymore Female Pilots for Pakistan Air Force,and use them in Ground services."
