I ordered a parcel from banggood and it was shipping to india on 18th jan and now it shows its in
India, DIMC NEW DELHI 110002, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, BANGALORE SUB FGN POST since 2018-01-24 11:54
kindly help me out here guys i am not sure what has to be done next :headscratch:

What was the parcel? And had you opted to 'remove BG logo' during checkout?

The parcel is a toy drone i am not sure about the BG logo as this is my first order

Try contacting the customs office. Be kind when speaking.
And bribing is no way out.

How do i contact them and what details should i provide this was my first order and i am completely blank how we had to place an order.

Head to the Bangalore customs office, if it's near you. Ask them about the issue. Sure thing, they'll help you.

And be truthful.
