hello sir i here by kalava venkatalakshmi, booked a parcel containing asus zenfore 3 battery from china on the date 2018-12-18, but till now the item is in guwahati, i request you to please release my item as soon as possible, i have already contact to the merchant they told me that your item is in your country at GUWAHATI, you can contact to the customs about the item and they will release to you, here below i have attached the screen shot attached.
