A loss to the family has occurred...
A Rich brat was driving the BMW that hit the indigo on 5th may at Gurgaon.
The indigo was unfortunately driven by my Wife's Mamaji who succumbed to his injuries on the spot. He along with a pregnant woman were killed at the Spot.
And here's what the owner of BMW has to say :
""Though it was JUST ANOTHER ACCIDENT but the matter is being blown out of proportion because I own a BMW car""

 Shame. My condolences to the families. Unfortunately, NOTHING will happen to the owner of the BMW or his son. The driver will go to jail. His family will be paid a lumpsum by his boss.
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional!

its very sad, raise anger and frustration in me. how the hell most of the time rich get over on the dead bodies of our loved once so easily :(, i dont forsee any justice from our corrupt society, and yes driver will be the escape goat. riches will flee like always. i dont know what i will do to overcome such sadness, rage in me suggest not to waste money on court if i know who did that, wait for few months or a year, then hire some goons (trusted) and either accident them with some heavy vehicle or just shoot them making it as a robbery. but its just me. Where is "Shri Krishna" who said "yada yada hi dharmasaya....." ??
Even if i say halalujah, it aint fly...

My condolences too. These cases are increasing in India. For them, it's like playing a computer game, they enjoy the adrenaline. Here in Hyderabad, the newly-opened Outer-ring road attracted lots of racers. There was the death of the son of a popular telugu movie actor. They take their sport-bikes at night and have 'fun' @ around 150-200Kmph, and only later do they realise that it was the 'fun' that led them to a hospital or a mortuary. I happened to go on that road just a day after the 'accident' of a 'VIP's' son, who died racing with his friends. The debris was scattered at a VERY large area which suggests the speed he was travelling at. They're just indifferent towards the safety of others, and too sadly, their own lives, too  :o .
I hope justice will be done.

Sometimes I feel the whole system is corrupt !!
How can one live with such a heavy heart after killing someone under his car due to his negligence.
Have been to Uncles' house for 8 str8 days ehile I was in Auto expo New delhi. And yes, have been to the cremation ceremony. With the pyre burning, all the worthies of the world, including the hardship to earn money day after another, the job, the efforts put in, just seem useless for a moment. The shivers in the body and the wailing noises just pierce through the heart!
Sometimes I think If life comes so cheap in our country sold by ten pieces a dime? Why the lives of people in developed countries more dearer than my countrymen???
Don't know where to start and where to stop, don't know how can I add my bit to bring the society and the country, by large, to a level where life of every person does matter !!!

No, not the whole system is corrept.

Please visit Dy. CP if it's commissionarate area or ADM(G) if it's the district, by person. There should be some light. Or, you can FAX your feeling (as expressed here,) to them.

The FACEBOOK follower too forward the same.

Surely their magistrate power eliminate the ill-motivated personnel so that the case should be properly structured. And when information and feedback from all over the country will came, the case will get it's proper swing.

Please believe that THERE IS HOPE..

and My condolences too..
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

You're right. Their conscience is indifferent to humane feelings.

I am following this mishap very closely in news papers and in social media and feel sad. There was a front page news article in Delhi TOI. The victim and his pregnant wife came to Gurgaon for just 2-3 days from UK.

There is long battle ahead. The BMW was driven by a young man, friend of the son of a local powerful goon/businessman. He owns a fleet of call center cabs in Gurgaon area and well connected to police and local politicians. Recently an unidentified driver has surrendered for bail in gurgaon police station claiming to be the driver of the BMW. This is just to save the culprit.

First of all
my condolences to the families.
There are so many factors to be looked at. first of all corruption and effect of money.next the joke which is our licence issuing methods. We give licence away like peanuts.
At one event a lawyer on tv said in a discussion"you stop importing fast cars" this is not the answer. these cars are just tools most of time these cars are much safer for driver and people on street then ordinary cars.so outright ban is not the option. the proper justice and education is answer
same problem was in countries like dubai because they have money to get these fast cars. so government make race tracks just for racing.
