Remote working job opportunity

Hi Guys,
First of all I hope this is the best forum to post this in, and greetings from Australia!

We are an Australian hobby company operating in the retail and e-commerce market. We have requirements for web marketing and website content management that we cannot fulfil using existing staff. We believe that this is a job that can be performed just as easily by remote access as it can by sitting in our office. India is currently the biggest provider for "BPO" - Business Process Outsourcing, and we are hoping we can find someone interested in helping us (or someone who knows someone).

We do not want to go through any of the big outsourcing companies as our requirements are quite specialised to hobbies. Anyone interested would require:
-   good English skills
-   basic (at minimum) knowledge of RC
-   extensive knowledge of desktop publishing software (eg Indesign or Page Plus)
-   ability to use web content management systems (eg WYSIWYG editors)
-   ability to incorporate multimedia and social media content
-   Tertiary education is essential

Graphic design skills or marketing experience are desirable.
