With 4x B2212 980kv u can lift max. of 1400g with 3S and 12A ESC (15a recommended for safety) with 1045 prop...

What if I use 30a Wolfpack ESC?

Nope....its including the quads weight also including the motors weight.....its basiclly the total weight

U can use...no problem....only the req. amps will be drawn..
But its better to use a slightly smaller amp esc coz weight will be less...
Each gram could make a difference 😉

No.....it is the total weight that the 4 motors can carry (including their own weight)
Basically the total weight of the quad (including the battery) should not exceed 1.4kg ...in order to get good performance from these motors...

With these, i.e., 4x BR2216 1400Kv u can lift max. of 2300g with 9045 prop on 3S with 30A ESC....

There is a motor called DT750 which has a 1.2kg thrust. but needs 10-12 inch prop.
I have those below in the quad. Even the Quad is for sale. I can see that you want to build a new one, but do you have prior experience of flying?

Then I would recommend to get some RTFs to understand the flight mechanisms and then go for building one... so that you could save some spares and crashes...

I think sunnysky motor is the good one. You can also check at http://www.fitdrones.com/ which has got many other options for motors.
