I am unable to get castor oil (medicated refind and raw) and 2T oil mixed in methanol. In few minutes they seperate. What should I do?

Why do you need to mix 2T with methanol and castor? 2T doesn't mix with methanol. 80-20 methanol-castor should be alright for most needs.

Thank you for your feedback. Some places they advices to mix 2T oil for protection of engine at low temperature. Anyway forget it. Main issue is I am unable to make homogeneous mixture of castor oil and methanol too. After few minutes castor oil tends to settle down. This lso happen in fuel tank and castor oil reach fuel ends up in carburettor and kills engine. I'm looking for a solution to mix castor oil thoroughly and make homogeneous  mixture.

Methanol and castor oil are completely miscible.
It is water content that makes them separate.
And methanol is hygroscopic- it absorbs moisture from the air.
To avoid water content in methanol you have to use LR (lab reagent) grade, not commercial grade.
And keep the can closed.

I've switched over to Falcon fuel from aeromodellingtutor.in.
No separation after 2 years of storage during covid.

@ KK Iyer : you have said it correctly - Methanol and castor oil are completely miscible.

@AnandL : Please don't use medicated caster oil i.e. castor oil available at medicine shops, as they have high water content.  Castor oil available in a provision / kirana store is best for making glow fuel.
I am using castor oil and methanol mixture as glow fuel since last 20 years.  Only drawback is that if you don't fly for long time the glow engine will get jammed.  But it can be cleaned easily using NC thinner.  Please remember, before cleaning glow engine with NC thinner, make sure to remove all O-rings from the engine.
