Hi There, i have ordered a parcel to my friend who has Spinal cord injury, the parcel contains Gloves which are relevant for my friend

the parcel is coming from UK and it has travelled to Delhi and from there to Mumbai. Current status is - RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECURITY FOR U

I am not sure what this means and it is impossible to reach them, could any one help me understanding this and is there anything i can do as it is super important for my friend

It is going through customs check. If it's legal then it will be delivered at that particular address and sometimes with customs charges. No need to panic.

Please restrain from posting further. This blog isn't related to parcels.

I have seen posts related to parcels or custom here which was the reason i had posted, Let me know if there is relevant place

Did it finally get delivered ? A friend from UK  has sent me 3M Respiratory Mask filters for use in Covid wards. It's stuck with customs. I'm hoping it gets to me before covid does.
