Ya... seen long time back on Discovery Channel. Largely research by US univ, funded by Govt. Thankfully they are not using IR controllers...

This one seems even more capable.  At 0:29, it actually takes an underwater loop !

If everyone is made aware that such kind of robotic snakes exists, then who knows an earth quake victim may actually be expecting such a snake.   

Hope that the Victim doesn't end up with a real one
