Pilot error? some thing malfunctioning? I dont this is natural for a commercial airline to be flying like this?

Kingfisher Airline on Kingfisher Strong!! Haha! Was that differential thrust Roll ? Weired!
At the end of the pane was sinking too fast to come around and approach landing. wonder what happened next!
