This new Idea will hit the Automobile very hard ,as seen on Video its seems true as I know Israels is one country having the best of brains & technology.

I could not see any cost aspect co -related with Petrol or diesel vehicle,that woulds great to petrol & diesel going off road & only electric Vehicle being used.
