So as usual I had ordered an item from Quadkopters, this time an LCD screen. Ordered it on 16/06/14, shipped on 17/06/14 (Tracking Number:EM058408456IN) and delivered on 20/06. One side of the box was crushed, which was nothing unusual, with respect to previous experience. Opened it and found an annual report of a bank and the bill!
I had read about previous similar experiences on International parcels, but wasnt expecting the same on domestic parcels. Wasnt shocked but saddened I must say.
Went to PO, talked to staff and post-man, they said nothing much can be done. Asked me to submit a complaint to Post Master who was unavailable today. I dont expect nothing much to come out of it after going through stories of similar experiences online. Its just lost :(
Have had many parcels/items delivered earlier via public/private logistics even a 42" Led TV, never had personal complaints other than delayed delivery. Just wanted to put this out for all your attention, things go wrong when you least expect it
