After making some Spads, I had a whole bunch of end-cuts and odd pieces left over.
Ergo: the Mobile phone charging platform jugaad
Make the development of the piece, then cut out. Measure a slot to fit in a multi-plug. Join up with tape.
Time: about 20 minutes. Advantage: you don't need a table to keep your phone on while charging ;D
Flight Box for Electrics (different from Caddy for Nitro)
Use Scrap thermocole for Radio Supports & Internals. Radio fits snug and doesn't move. To put a screwdriver etc. in, just poke it into the thermocol. To use SR 998 for gluing, first wrap the thermocol in masking tape :)
Ingenious!
:salute:...Rai Shabh, if this is time pass....I want to pass a lot of time!!
Beautiful and unique!!
Great job!
Amazing job on that field box; And it's super light to carry around.
:thanks:

Roopesh bhai, I'm just an amateur playing in a sandbox compared to you! :thanks:
no Sir.. i am only one among us.. :salute:
We can make a flip cover for mobiles and tablets
Some more timepass ;) ;) ;D
My long products (balsa, monokote, pushrods, moulding, carbon rods etc.) were kept in this:
Not only an eyesore, but inevitably small things (like grub screws >:D) would fall into them :banghead:
Super sir {:)} {:)} {:)}
Thanks Vishal, lekin picture baaki hai, actually shuru hona hai ;)
Had some scrap ply, and some moulding that was warped and also too heavy for electric corro model spars

Keep them coming sir :) Actually I was referring to the Electric field kit. Looks like I could use one :)
Make one! It's simple. In fact I am still using the same one since then, works great :D

And that's that! No more mess :D :D. And, I can easily find that grub screw
great work sire, make some boxes for grub screws too... :D... corro works great for partitioning compartments in drawers as well :D
TY, GS. Very true. Did you know Girish Sarwal & Grub Screw have the same initials?
Actually Girish was the inspiration behind this - he made a cute corro box to keep his control rods in.
Wow.... Creativity at its best
Doc: :thanks:
Good one Sanjay Sir! Covering all sides with coro will make it look real good.
Creative one..
Nice sir.
Vishal - if I cover on all sides, how will I retrieve the grub screw? Plus, Girish is going to turn it sideways, put a motor on, and fly it

:thanks: Aditya
Kya baat hai sir ji {:)}

QuoteDid you know Girish Sarwal & Grub Screw have the same initials?
Now that explains why you recommend SR998 :D
I am going to make one too, after this cute box
In anticipation of Girish flying it, I put Landing Gear on it too :giggle: :giggle:

Hmmm, that landing gear was unnecessary Sanjay sir, you know my record in crashing... 8-)
Hopefully it will bounce :D

one fine day we'll see one CORO TAJ MAHAL in river banks of Yamuna @ Rai Sahab :hatsoff:
@sanjayrai55

Translation:
Meri saas nahin phoolegi!
Thanks for all the great and interesting stuff besides airplanes!

What an idea sirji!! ;D I was thinking of making a nice 1'x1'x2' box for my GA8 [if she had even shown a tiny hint of flying ;D], now it will be used for the bigger scale. In the near future, will copy you like a cat! :)
Edit: BTW, now how will you find the grub screw on the mosaic flooring? it will be another pain the rear side now, isn't it? I am sure you know the torch trick for it!!
Aha! Now I have to re-tile the floor - with corro :D
Too many props?
The Corro Prop Organizer!
Next has to be a LiPo organizer >:D
Sanjay Sir, I just saw this thread and it is really impressive {:)} Now I want to lay my hands on some Corro. I have made an ugly screwdriver holder and a magnetic parts bin from scrap Depron. Please do try some depron designs, I would love to make some based on yours. You may find this link interesting: http://makezine.com/2014/07/20/build-a-bin-customizeable-picking-bins/. (http://makezine.com/2014/07/20/build-a-bin-customizeable-picking-bins/.) These are customisable, stackable parts bins that can be hand or laser cut out of cardboard or corro. There is an online calculator provided that can make box plans based on your own specs.
Depron is a poor selection of material for this
I make things according to my need and available space, specific to function
Sir I would Love To see a Lipo Organizer.
Regards,
Aman.
Amazing creativity.Keep up the good job. What is corro and where can i get one from .I am in New Delhi. Can you tell me where can i buy this thing.
Thanks
