Legally speaking, flying all kinds of UAVs are banned. Not specifically FPV related though. But everyone here seems to be flying something or other

Just like smoking in public places is banned. Theoretically

DGCA is working on the new regulations. But in India it seems to take forever.

In India we always have a negative approach. Here, first ban something and then make policies. So, they can relax and take forever to make those policies. They also know that people will get impatient and will violate the rules. But if something goes wrong, the ban will be used to prosecute the unfortunate people who are involved.

cnc chinese gimbal and
a gopro hero 4 black

Really nice vid, superb setup too.You must be getting really long fligh times with 8ah and especially x2212 on 1047.

I get around 25 mins without gimbal and camera, also I will be switching to 1038 for reduced vibration and steady shots...
