one never ceases to awe at the wonder of flight especially when one sees such behemoths taking to the skies -
He who knows not and knows not that he knows not is a fool. Shun him. He who knows not and knows that he knows not is a child. Teach him. He who knows and knows not that he knows is asleep. Wake him. He who knows and knows that he knows is a wise man. Follow him.

why it need to be 'cool' down after landing ?? :headscratch:  ;D

Its not 'cooling down' thats the way of giving a Salute to an aircraft!

But what i am aware that the water shower is given to the aircraft which is going out of service or decommissioned...!!!!

More for acclamatization, you see the plane was manufactured in cooler clime and then lands into Indian heat and dust so it gets a shower to freshen up and cool it down :giggle: :giggle:
