A lot of guys say I want this, I want that, its urgent.
No one says I'll pay the cost and postage.
Do you realise that someone who may like to give you what you need,
Has to pack it and stand in a queue at the post office, and pay for sending it?
Why don't you say upfront that you will pay for the trouble?

 still most people just mention and they do not mean it ,sorry but yes some time  mr iyer  they pay for me i do not know about else...
