Why don't you go for corroplast planes?
They are better in every way + cheaper + durable.

I am not aware of that since i dont live near calcutta.
VortexRC also stocks corroplast.
Price is on the higher side.
Here, we get 6' × 4' sheets for 100rs (3mm) and 180rs (4mm)

Why dont you contact local advertisement firms?
movie halls also use corroplast for in-theater ads.
They will throw out the corro once the movie stops being projected. So try contacting them too. I have had luck with my local PVR here. They use 6mm sheets here.
