Noted.  Deleted the other posts, and kept this one in a separate thread. 

The cause is good, the way it was put on this forum was less than desirable (and I have fixed it now). In future, the poster needs to note that such information should only be posted once on any forum, in a separate topic of its own and under the appropriate board.
