I need a Turnigy Plush 25 amp ESC if avilable or else  Mystery 30A BEC Brushless Speed Controller. I can see on your website that 3 pcs are in stock (Mystery ones). But could not find details to send money. Can you PM me with details to send money if  Tunigy Plush 25 or Mystery 30A are in stock??

Also a very quck question as I am doing my first quad project and need to know before I buy this.
I got 3 Turnigy Plush 25 ESC's and lost fourth one in shiping and hence trying buy the forth one now. I am going to use all of them with NTM 28-30 motors along with KK Multicopter board.
Question is, can I mix and match different brand of ESC's as long as they are higher amp rating than required?

Not recommended. The motors must remain "in sync" and that would be unlikely if dissimilar ESCs are used.
