Depends upon several factors like wing loading,pitch of the propeller, maneuverability. Since the ocean of micro rc has a wide range of electronics to choose from, it may be a little early to conclude at this stage of the build. In short, I fell it's now going to be the electronics which will decide the level of difficulty.
However with current calculations, the wing loading is around 1.44oz/sq.ft which can make it fly at pretty low speeds.
