Hi folks!
Hold onto your seats for yet another innovation! This time it's going to be the lightest plane with respect to the wing loading.
Specs
8 inch WS
4mm coreless motor with GB
10mah lipo
150 ohm actuator
2ch IR Rx
E. AUW- 2g
Plans are attached below(PDF - A4)
I didn't even know, 10mAh Lipos are available. :O
Waiting eagerly :D
@Dipanjan
Yes, 9mah to 10mAh lipo's are currently available. Though shipping them here is :banghead:
Making the elevator. Using 0.7mm balsa wood.
Vertical stabiliser.
Fuselage stick
Wing construction. Ribs are bent and super glued to hold the aerofoil structure.
.
Waiting...all the best
@romanxdsouza
Thanks :thumbsup:

woow.....awesome....
:hatsoff: :hatsoff: to ur building skills {:)} {:)}
@madaquif
Thank you :)

Micronwings, Australia have various types and sizes.

Thanks a lot sir!
Mr Kiran? I am only 15 years!
@kiran rc,
Master Kiran (as you should be addressed by oldies like me!)
Got microfilm from Australia?
You mean you didn't make it yourself...
By pouring some dope with a few drops of castor oil added, into a pan of water, judging the thickness by the number of coloured rings, picking it up with a wire frame, then laying it upon your wing? ;D
@saikat,
Sir, Is this correct or is my memory playing tricks?
I suppose that with time, some techniques (or maybe just memories) will eventually fade away...
@KK Iyer
Sir, I guess making the microfilm at home is hazardous? Am I right?
I am rather concentrating more upon the electronics than the building materials.
I got mine from Korea and not Australia. I just gave one of the sources.
Anyways, the one which can be homemade is very thin, used in f1d rubber powered planes. It's going be around half a micron. It may not hold any good for an electric model.
@Saikat
Sir, have you tried making microfilm? If yes, would like to know more about it.
Thanks,
@KK - you are absolutely correct regarding the microfilm.
@kiran rc - yes I have tried making microfilm - and yes ... your intution is correct
it would be far too delicate to stand up to the inertia of an electric RC model.
- very impressive build - you have a delicate touch - well done !!
@glidiator,
Where are you?
You can add value here...
:hatsoff: Saikat sir.
just to give you a rough comparison :
microfilm can be as delicate as a soap bubble.

Stupendous! :o
Weight of the electronics.
1.29g
Mounting the motor and rx.
Lipo.
Mounting on the actuator.It is made out of very thin enamelled copper wire which is found in electronic relays.
ID-3.5mm
OD-4.5mm
Resistance-150ohm
Rudder... 2 magnets of 2 x 1mm are glued.
Ready to fly!
Final weight.
1.60g
Absolute brilliance.
keeping the very so low, is a great achievement.

{:)} {:)} Excellent :salute:
@Sanjay sir,
Thankyou :D
Really very Nice..
Lovely flying...
:goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:
Thank you. :)
Excellent......little master
A very impressive build.
Congratulation.
Where from you get the electronics ?
An homemade prop ?
:thanks:
Motor- Aliexpress
Rx- homemade
Actuator- homemade(extracted the wire from an electronic relay)
RX- homemade, using PIC10F200 and PIC12F629
Battery- from korea. Even available at Aliexpress.
And for the prop... planned to use a gearbox but couldn't find an appropriate prop,hence used the prop of 'D1 drone' which is available at Banggood.
Nicely done kiran, try flying outdoor early morning.
