Bought this from RC Bazaar
It's a powered glider (sailplane type) with a T-tail.
Well packed, good laser cutting and a comprehensive hardware kit. And, the icing on the cake: a full size rolled (not folded!) drawing!

Balsa and ply is of good quality and well selected. Laser cutting is the best I've seen so far from these kits

Important to do tril fit of both the sub-assembly one is building plus the next in sequence
Not a good idea to depend overly on these instructions

I had to reverse the motor shaft. Cut a groove for the circlip and ground a flat for the grub screw

The vertical stab is pretty strongly designed - it carries the horizontal stab too.
The Elevator pushrod goes through the vertical stab
The fuse boom is a separate part (to be affixed later) with conventional balsa frame plus a carbon fibre tube for strength. The pushrods go through this tube

Sanjay sir.... Its looks great... Looking forward for the video...
By the way what's your opinion about the T tail... Sir...
Is it strong enough...??
Thanks Dev
The T tail seems OK, but I'll know when it crashes ;) ;)
Looking stunning sir
Thanks Manoj
It came out great sir ,looking very nice
Eagerly waiting to see it fly ,may be i can also try my hands on it ;D
Thanks Harshit. Of course you fly it - you anyways do ;)
Maidened it yesterday. CG was a little tail heavy at the designed mark, and needed some left trim.
Video only of the maiden; subsequent flights after corrections it flew fine
The wheels were not a good idea on grass, it would flip on landing ;D But they will be good on hard ground

Nice Flying.
I hope this will be a good glider for loooong duration flights.
Thanks Saurabh
Did 2 sorties, total about 4-5 minutes. On the 1300 mAh Lipo had 72% balance
So on normal powered flight it should be able to cross 17-18 minutes
How it behaves if it catches a thermal has yet to be seen though. Unfortunately, that is easier in summer!
Awesome!
Thank you Topalle

Had some queries about the Canopy fixing. The original plan appears to have it with screws, which is not good for LiPo changeovers. So used two thin strips of Velcro
Still flying ;)

Hi, could we use a 3S 2200 mah instead ? Or is the battery compartment too small for that ? Would it handle the extra weight of a 2200 mah ?
Thanks in advance.
The battery compartment is too small. Also, the additional weight will make it uncontrollably nose heavy

Awesome build,
Is the gap between the Foremost fuse and Spinner is intentionally kept large?
For motor cooling i guess?
Actually that's the way it panned out. The firewall location and the fuse front end are in the laser cut design. No complaints though; as you said, it does contribute to cooling the motor ;)
Awesome build :hatsoff: Sanjay sir,
i had also built the same glider with solar panels.
Beautiful, Nitinraj {:)}
A beautiful build sir. Could I ask a few questions?
What panels are those sir? What was your goal? 24h flight or 12h flight? What batteries did you use? Could you start a new thread or should I PM you?
Sorry for so many questions.
Nitesh
