Wish you had used long thin strips to plank the fuselage lengthwise instead of crosswise panels between bulkheads. Would have been much better structurally.
See for example balsa planking on gajjark's boat hull.

Anyway, since fuselage is nearly complete, two suggestions for you to consider.

Try to put in a few longerons, ie, continuous wood/cf strips from nose to tail. Use bamboo strips if necessary.

Cover the fuselage with glass cloth of less than 30gms/sqmt, using finishing epoxy. I am able to keep it down to 10gm/ sqft by scraping most of the epoxy off with a credit card before it dries.
If you dont have finish cure epoxy, use Touchwood or Wonderwood PU. not so strong, but works.

Since this is such a labour intensive project, take every precaution. Best wishes.

yash10896

@ Iyer sir thank you very much for suggestion i really need all i can get from seniors as regarding stuctural integrity i have considered your suggestion and used bamboo skewers for connecting 3-4 formers length wise...
i am really not confident in fibreglassing but will keep in touch with you for step to step process and i really want to fibreglass it i have fg cloth bought from hk and i usally use araldite as epoxy but i am looking forward in having a good chat with you

I have done the upper sheeting portion and battery hatch made in front section for correct CG used pinned hinge and one servo horn to use as pull/push :D
here are the images of that :)

REDUCE AILERON SERVO ARM BY 50%!
Unless you want rolls on take off.
Need to be careful, man, after all that effort.

yash10896

K K Iyer

Yash,
That long servo arm is ok for 3d. Not for this.
Reduce the throw drastically.
