This is a very nicely executed project.
I too have the barebone made and kept for a rainy day in my attic.( I made a small prototype and posted a thread earlier)
For the exterior, there are thin sheets of rubberised foam, 1mm, 2mm and so on in thickness available here, super light, tough and flexible like a paper. If you could source those out, your external fuselage would look much more appealing and beautiful.
Keep up the good work!! I know the feeling of flying something as big as the flier!!

I miss this hobby so much...the work needed is of just one week but not able to find time to invest whole week in it..before maiden i will invite some pro-pilot maybe gaurav sir or i will travel to allahabad for maiden

i will be free after 19th April cause my next exam would be by 17th may...so i will be able to invest 20-25th April on this project..get ready for some updates on this thread which is going to be one year old soon
