Hello Sir, Build is coming out good. I see special focus to strengthening to the Wing, Specially the innovative idea of angle adjustable Wing struts.

With lots of work, and WC T20 cricket, didn't get much time last week. Anyway, did something today

sanjayrai55

First step was fitting the wings in place. So put the battery etc., figured out the CoG, and fitted wing bolt mounts. The model is slightly tail heavy now; have to do some further work on the front end, then will see if I need to add any nose weight

The wing mount supports are made of 12 mm balsa sandwiched between 2 mm ply sheets. Used 6 mm blind nuts

Used self tapping screws first for location, and later as functional. Epoxied in the mount  supports. Ran a drop of cyano into the balsa, else the threads get worn too fast

Thanks Satz

Thanks Saurabh. No angle is mentioned, but in the drawing there seems to be a very small angle, like LE about 8 mm higher than TE w.r.t. Stab. I'll put pics soon of the struts

Thanks Girish. I think another 2 Sundays and it will be ready. Maiden after that, but need a place to fly it: can't fly it in the usual park at Sector 29

Thanks Manoj

Not really TV antennae, but similar. Simple 8/9 mm Aluminium tube from a hardware store.

Go ahead and make one Manoj - there are countless plans for cubs in various sizes, power sources and materials on the net.
