Sorry for the delay in updating, the build has been completed and I have successfully maidened it.
This build was a first for me on two fronts, building an FT plan and using coroplast as the primary material.
Due to this I had initially made some errors in the beginning with printing out and prepping the(tiled)plan correctly(the sizing and alignment was a little off)

Nonetheless I didn't want to make the effort and waste money(and paper) to print and assemble a new set of plans so went ahead with what I had. Starting off there were a few challenges I had taken on myself, making the overall plane as light as possible so as to even out the extra gain in weight of the coro(vs depron). This also led to modifying the plans(as always :giggle:). Now not only was I a first timer building an FT plan and using coro to do it, but also had to make it relatively lighter, change the plans accordingly and not compromise on the durability.  ;D :banghead: ;D

So my journey of getting my version of the arrow with coro started with tackling the initial problem of weight. To keep the weight gains as minimal as possible I employed a few tactics:
1) Eliminate joint at wing halves and reduce unnecessary glue weight.
2) Use flexkwik/CA for most of the build instead of hot glue( used a bit of hot glue and epoxy only for the box spars).
3) Make a one piece pod instead of separable power pod.
4) Use 3mm depron for spars instead of 3mm coro or 6mm depron.

Doing all this definitely helped I think, the overall weight doesn't make the Corrow feel like a brick in the hand. Though I wont know for sure how much heavier the coro version is compared to depron as I don't own a scale(time to get one :)). One thing I know for sure having held both versions in my hand the coro one definitely feels a lot more tough and that is an even tradeoff for me. After all the mistakes I made I can say that this plane(plan, or maybe the coroplast ;)) doesn't care and still leaps off merrily from my hand to soar. Now I know why you use coro as primary build material Sanjay sir ;D. Also thank you Sahil sir for suggestions.

Electronics:
2204 2300kV motor
20A Esc
6x4 king kong prop
1000mAh 3S lipo(balances well)
HXT500 servos
2mm coro overall, 3mm coro for fpv pod, 3mm depron for box spars.

Ok enough of my rants here are the build pics and maiden vid:
[Note: I had taken a few more pics but unable to find them, have started the build on 2nd Oct. Also sorry for the video quality, I had gone in the evening and my point and shoot hat cam wasn't the best for the conditions.]
